BOOKING To reserve a property, a deposit of 25 % is required in
advance,the balance being payable on arrival. This deposit is non -
refundable in the event of a cancellation within an eight week period,
before the date of departure.
PAYMENT Payments can be made in either cash or cheque form.
CHANGE OVERS High and medium season bookings run from weekend
to weekend. During these periods any variation may incur additional
charges.
ENTERING & VACATING This can vary depending on flight times, but
as a general rule, one vacates before 12 midday, and enters from 3
p.m. This gives the necessary time to perform cleaning and restocking
tasks.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT A refundable damage deposit is payable on
arrival. This varies depending on the property, from £100 to £250 |
